This function adds integration from 2Click Accounting to post costs (Purchase invoices and expense receipts) to the Microsoft Business Central Jobs module for easy project management.

If you are using purchase orders in your ERP and you want to match purchase invoices against Purchase orders for value match or if you also have warehousing where you perform the full flow with purchase order and goods receipt, then this module adds the possibility to match your purchase invoices against the purchase order and the goods receipt registration in order to do accurate matching and registration of your purchase invoices. 

If you have more companies or if you often recharge your expneses to your clients, this module add features to setup automated recharge of expenses to your clients. After the expense has been posted, a sales invoice to the customer is automatically created and sent with the recharges.

This feature adds the option to distribute freight costs charged by your suppliers and add them to the cost of the items delivered. 

The task management module adds a flexible tool for scheduling your accounting processes. You can schedule recurring tasks, postings, reconciliations and assign them to relevant people in your team. After performing the relevant task, the team member can upload relevant documentation and your can setup a formal approval process. Once the task are performed, you can print a full report with all the performed tasks including documentation uploaded. This tool is very relevant for year end closing and delivering material to your auditors.

2Click Accounting supports bank integration through the EBICS framework. Most banks in Germany, Switzerland, Austria and France will support integration with the EBICS framework. So if you are interested in connecting to your banks in these countries, this module would be the correct choice.
